That’s a wrap for 2018!

Welcome to our last post of 2018!  As we wrap up our last dinner service for year  here in the LobsterCraft Kitchen Fairfield tonight, we want to pause and say thank to our customers new and old who between the Fairfield location and our catering services (Food Truck and Pop-up Kitchen), helped make 2018 our best year yet!  We’re blessed that we don’t just have customers but that we really have friends of LobsterCraft who enable us to do what we do by buying our food.  Captain Mike, Steve and the crew truly appreciate you!  We wish you and your families a happy, peaceful holiday season and a happy New Year!

We’ll be closed for vacation from December 23 through January 1, 2019.  We’ll reopen for our normal fall/winter hours on Wednesday, January 2, 2019.  Lot’s planned for next year so we’re looking forward to the break to re-charge, spend time with family, and maybe spend some time on the water for fun.  Running a small local business like LobsterCraft is a labor of love and we’re excited to keep growing next year and beyond.  South Norwalk should be up and running in January, it just depends on getting final permit sign-offs from the city of Norwalk.  Follow us on Facebook for the latest details and updates: http://www.facebook.com/lobstercraft

Private Party Booking for 2019

Thinking about booking the LobsterCraft Food Truck?  Awesome!  We love that idea too!  Our recommendation is for you to reach out to Steve at info@lobstercraft.com to lock in the date that you want.  We’re already fielding requests for proposals for graduation parties, birthday parties, and weddings in May, July, August, and September.  To hold a date, we require a $600 deposit so if you aren’t sure of the menu but are sure of the date, you may want to  locking it in with a deposit.  We typically courtesy hold a date for no more than 48 hours.
