September News

Hi Folks,

It’s been a wonderfully busy summer for LobsterCraft both with the permanent location in Fairfield which is open Tuesday through Saturday 11am to 8pm and Sunday’s 11am to 3pm, and with all of the private parties, corporate catering, and special events we’ve done with the LobsterCraft Food Truck.  We are truly grateful to have so many loyal customers and to have met so many new ones!

Fairfield Location Hours.
A lot people are asking us when we’re shutting down for the season.  Strange question as we’re open year round!  Also, rumor has it that pirate themed temporary tattoos are back for your little pirates…  Or hey, if you want one for yourself, no one here is going to stop you.

Booking the truck
We’re seeing people already book the truck for 2019 and we’re booking events in late October-December now.  If you want to have the truck for your fall party or holiday party, now would be a great time to either send us an email at  Contact LobsterCraft or call us at (203)292-5350.  We’ll happily customize a menu for your from our extended catering menu that will help you create a truly special and unique event!

Menu Updates!!!

Some great new items on the menu in Fairfield!

The Land Lubber is our 12 hour hickory and cherry wood smoked pulled pork served on our signature toasted roll.  “Wow” “Spectacular” “Who knew a lobster place could make such awesome BBQ” are some of the comments we’ve heard from the folks that have tried it.  It’s been a favorite on our catering menu for a few years, so it was time to get it up and running at the shop.  Now when you suggest LobsterCraft to your co-worker or family member that doesn’t or can’t eat lobster, we’ve got an option for them to order as well.

Who likes dessert?  We do!  Introducing our very own LobsterCraft Lemon Moon Pie.  Perfect size, right balance of tart and sweet.  It’s a great way to finish off your meal.  The same local bakery that makes our signature rolls has done these for us, and they’re mouth waveringly good!

There’s something about outdoor sporting events in the summer that just naturally go great with the delicious flavors of our LobsterCraft lobster rolls!  The LobsterCraft Food Truck returns to the beautiful grounds of the Greenwich Polo Club for the Silver Cup Finals on Sunday, July 22.

Greenwich Polo Club Public Match – Silver Cup Final

Gates open at 1pm and we’re there until 5pm unless we sell out, which does happen on occasions at these events!  So what were saying is swing by the truck early, get your favorite lobster roll from us, and then stomp some divots knowing that you’ve gotten your fill of lobster roll!

These are incredible events and if you’ve never experienced polo, the Greenwich Polo Club is a superb venue for the sport.  Check out their website for more details on tickets and VIP packages.  It’s a great way to spend a summer afternoon.  Tickets available through this link:
