Our Story

In 2012, Captain Mike Harden, a Coast Guard Captain and licensed lobster fisherman based in the coastal city of Norwalk, Connecticut, launched his LobsterCraft food truck, offering over-the-top, hot, buttery lobster rolls to hungry consumers seeking their next lobster roll fix.  It didn’t take long for this local phenomenon to evolve into a robust catering business with a small fleet of food trucks operating up and down the East Coast, bringing Connecticut’s official state sandwich to the masses.  

Today, LobsterCraft Food Truck & Catering continues to thrive as a popular food service operation, providing delicious, quality fare to any event. From award-winning lobster rolls to an expanded menu that includes juicy burgers, pulled pork, blackened chicken, and cubano sandwiches to creamy mac and cheese, clam chowder, lobster bisque, and more!
